Aduunii tamga Application (hereinafter system) is an official service provided by Aduunii tamga LLC (hereinafter the company) and the purpose of these Terms of Service is to regulate the relations between users of this system (hereinafter client) and the company. Client has to agree to these terms of service before placing order(s) on the system.
Client may choose the following options depending the services we provide:
- "Restaurant" option for receiving direct services at the restaurants,
- "Delivery" option for receiving the order(s) at clear and exact address,
- "Pre-Order" option for scheduling pick-up order in advance.
Both the company and client will, in cooperation, monitor the fulfillment of these terms of service.
The company is responsible for privacy of client's information.
Client is obligated to not provide their user names and passwords to the others and prevent any related risks. The company will not be responsible for such risks.
Client is fully responsible for accuracy and correctness of their information.
The company holds the right to modify and update the system.
